Floor Maintenance

Tile floors are an extremely durable, long-term investment that should be regularly cared for to preserve both their appearance and value. In fact, a well cared for tile floor can last a lifetime.
As true as this is though, if you have tiled or concrete floors in your home or workplace there is a good chance at some stage that they will need maintenance or repairs to preserve their condition and performance. This can be performed by regular maintenance tradespeople however most will not have the expertise and skills that our trained professionals have developed from helping property owners with all of the frustrating and dangerous issues flooring can produce.
Sealing of grout and porous tiles (such as terracotta, marble, polished porcelain, granite, travertine, limestone and sandstone etc) is necessary over their lifetime to protect them from premature decay and contamination. Even old tiles and grout can be cleaned and resealed to give them back a new lease on life!
Sealing your porous tiles and grout provides reaction time to deal with spills. An unsealed floor can stain immediately, whereas a sealed floor is stain resistant with a reaction time of up to 4-5 hours.
